Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Doha, Qatar.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, demonstrating fire safety solutions, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales of the company’s products and services.
The role also involves preparing and presenting proposals, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and Sales Engineering expertise, with strong ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Technical Support knowledge to assist clients and understand fire safety systems’ specifications
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships and explain technical concepts clearly
- Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail when addressing client concerns or system requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in fire safety, safety systems, or related industries is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools with strong presentation skills
