Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Alexandria, Egypt.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships, planning and executing sales strategies, and providing technical support to meet client requirements.
The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting suitable steel products and services, preparing detailed proposals, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to customize solutions per technical requirements.
- Strong Technical Support capabilities to address client inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills to articulate technical concepts and foster positive client relationships.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service to develop successful strategies and deliver exceptional client support.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the steel industry or a similar field is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
