Overview
Climatech is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to support the growth of our Dehumidification Systems business across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, Air Treatment, Ventilation, or MEP sales and be capable of developing new business opportunities while maintaining excellent relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities across the UAE.
- Promote and sell dehumidification solutions to consultants, contractors, developers, hotels, hospitals, industrial facilities, and commercial clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries and proposals.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in HVAC, Air Treatment, Ventilation, Indoor Air Quality, or MEP-related industries.
- Strong understanding of project sales and technical equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
