Looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with 10+ years of experience in the construction and contracting industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate leads through contractors, consultants, developers, and project sites.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical/commercial offers.
- Handle tenders, negotiations, follow-ups, and project sales.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams.
- Achieve sales targets and develop long-term business opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience in contracting/construction.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC construction market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business-development skills.
- Established network with contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Arabic speaker required.
- UAE driving license preferred.
