Sales Engineer - 3D Printing & Modeling

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our 3D printing services and products by identifying and targeting key industries and clients. The primary goal is to generate revenue and increase the overall income for Layers 3D Printing through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in sectors such as architecture, education, engineering, and product design who may benefit from our 3D printing services and products.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and explore opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations of our 3D printing solutions, tailored to meet the specific needs of various client segments.
- Negotiation and Closing: Manage negotiations with prospective clients to secure deals that align with our financial objectives while maintaining favorable terms.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine and adapt sales strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to the management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient understanding of 3D printing technology and its applications to effectively articulate its benefits to clients.
- Sales Expertise: Solid grasp of the sales process, including lead generation, presentations, objection handling, and deal closure.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage clients effectively and convey complex information in a clear manner.
- Networking Ability: Proven skill in building and maintaining a network of professional contacts in relevant industries.
- Customer Orientation: Strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring a high level of service.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
