Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer (01A26) to join our innovative team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and customer requirements. You will work closely with our sales team to offer expert advice, provide solutions, and demonstrate how our products can address customer needs effectively. This role demands a strong understanding of engineering concepts and exceptional communication skills to translate technical information into easily understandable terms. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver detailed technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Work with product development teams to customize solutions for clients.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance sales efforts.
- Provide post-sales support, addressing technical queries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training to clients and partners.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to influence product development.
- Identify and propose new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activity and customer interactions.
- Consult with clients on best technology practices and strategies for implementation.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
- Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role is essential.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts with the ability to explain them clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and support sales efforts.
