Sales – Domestic Commerce (Telemarketer)

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• **Outbound calling:** Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to prospective customers from provided lists.
• **Product pitch:** Introduce Noor Deira Steel’s products clearly and confidently, following the agreed call script.
• **Lead qualification:** Identify customer interest and qualify leads based on need, size, and buying potential.
• **Lead handover:** Hand over qualified leads and appointments to the sales team in a timely, organised manner.
• **Record-keeping:** Log every call, outcome, and contact detail accurately in the call sheet / CRM.
• **Objection handling:** Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, courteous tone at all times.
• **AI & digital tools:** Use AI-assisted calling, CRM, and productivity tools as introduced by the company to improve efficiency.
• **Targets:** Meet daily and weekly call volume and lead-generation targets.
• **Required Qualifications & Experience**
• Entry-level role – no prior experience required; full training provided. Telesales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Confident, clear telephone manner with strong persuasion and listening skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and working to targets.
• **AI familiarity:** Strong familiarity and comfort with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT and similar) and a willingness to use AI-assisted calling systems – highly important.
• Quick to learn new digital systems, CRMs, and call-management tools.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.

Language Requirements

• **Required:** Fluent English (spoken and written) – required.
• **Advantage:** Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage given our UAE/GCC customer base.
