Senior Accountant - Emirati Female (Only)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Monitor and reconcile procurement, sales, trading, and inventory transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance.
• Ensure accurate recording of purchase orders, supplier invoices, customer invoices, and inventory movements.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, warehouse, and management teams.
• Manage VAT compliance, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Emirati Female candidate preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of accounting experience.
• Proven experience in trading, procurement, sales accounting, and inventory accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, VAT, cost accounting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the steel, manufacturing, trading, or construction industry.
• Familiarity with inventory-intensive businesses and supply chain operations.
• Experience working within the UAE and knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
