About the Role
Fancy Homes Real Estate is looking for a high-performance Sales Director to lead and scale our Secondary Market division. This is not a traditional job — this is a leadership opportunity to build, manage, and monetize your own sales team within a fast-growing brokerage. If you have the mindset of a closer, a leader, and a business builder — this role is for you.

What You Will Do
• Build and manage a team of 20+ real estate agents
• Focus on secondary market (ready properties)
• Drive team performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved
• Recruit, train, and mentor agents
• Monitor KPIs: listings, viewings, closings
• Create a strong sales culture and accountability system
• Personally close high-value deals

Compensation & Rewards (Strong Structure )
Phase 1 – Team Building
(First 1–2 Months)
• Attractive override plus Commission-only phase
• Focus: building your team (20 agents)
• Full management support from company
During this phase:
• You earn from your own deals
• You start building your override income

Phase 2 – After Team Activation
Once your team is fully structured and performing:
• Attractive Fixed salary
• Continue earning override commission
• Continue earning from your own

Requirements
• Proven experience in Dubai real estate (secondary market preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to recruit agents independently
• Track record in closing deals

• UAE driving license preferred
