Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for the position of Sales Director. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, developing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, overseeing sales operations, and building strong relationships with clients. The individual will manage and mentor a high-performance sales team, identify new business opportunities, collaborate with other departments for continuous growth, and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is highly advantageous
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies to drive revenue growth
- Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships
- Strong skills in Team Management, with experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams
- Proven ability in Business Development, identifying market opportunities and developing partnerships for expansion
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from sales data and market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
