Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director with a strong hunter mindset and deep Airline industry expertise to drive growth within a Consulting & Digital Transformation practice.

This role is focused on winning new business, building executive relationships, and positioning innovative consulting and digital transformation solutions for airlines globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition within the Airline industry.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across full-service carriers, low-cost carriers, cargo airlines, and aviation ecosystem partners.
  • Sell consulting and digital transformation services including Customer Experience, Digital Commerce, Loyalty, Operations, Data & Analytics, AI, Cloud, and Enterprise Transformation initiatives.
  • Engage with Airline CXOs, Commercial Leaders, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, Customer Experience, Operations, and Revenue Management teams.
  • Lead strategic pursuits, proposal development, solution positioning, and executive presentations.
  • Develop strong market visibility and position the organization as a trusted advisor within the Airline sector.
  • Work closely with consulting, domain, and delivery teams to craft innovative business solutions.
  • Build relationships across the aviation ecosystem and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales, consulting sales, or digital transformation sales experience.
  • Strong experience selling into Airlines.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing large airline accounts.
  • Experience engaging with senior airline stakeholders and CXOs.
  • Strong understanding of airline business functions.
  • Experience selling Consulting, IT Services, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, Cloud, AI, or Technology Solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in proposal creation, solution development, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
