Part-time hybrid Sales Director role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site meetings and office presence and flexibility to work from home.
Leads revenue growth, sales strategy, client relationships, and new business development in Dubai and the wider region.
Role responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies; manage key client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, set targets, monitor performance, and guide the sales team to achieve objectives.
- Work with senior leadership on pricing, proposals, and market positioning while maintaining customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, contribute to strategic business development, and represent the company at industry events and client presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and sales operations expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Business development experience identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding market reach.
- Customer service experience in client retention, issue resolution, and long-term relationship management.
- Team management experience, including coaching, performance oversight, and collaborative leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to manage priorities across on-site and remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are beneficial.
Preferred experience
- Experience in the security or technology sector is highly advantageous.
