Role overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
• Lead market analysis, define target segments, set campaign objectives, and coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership on brand messaging and demand generation.
• Mentor team members, manage relationships with external agencies and partners, and prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications

• Requires marketing and marketing management expertise and ability to design and execute strategic programs.
• Requires market planning and research skills, sales collaboration experience, and a track record leading and coaching teams.
• Requires ability to analyze metrics and KPIs and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Requires excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Requires hybrid-work experience, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
