Part-time Head of Operations role at CFC Security.
Hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities and align operations with strategic business objectives.
- Manage resource allocation, monitor performance metrics, optimize workflows, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet service and security standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies; support budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and collaborate with senior leadership on planning, reporting, and risk management.
- Foster accountability, safety, and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated operations management expertise, including process optimization and standard operating procedures.
- Strong analytical skills, team management capabilities, and effective written and verbal communication.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
- Security services, facilities management, or related industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field; advanced operations or project management qualifications or certifications are beneficial.
- Comfort using digital tools and software for reporting, planning, and communication.
