Full-time, on-site Sales & Digital Marketing Representative at The Cake Lab in JLT, Dubai.
The role supports sales and digital marketing for customized and regular cakes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, social media, and walk-in visits; promote cakes, provide quotations, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Manage Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, Google Ads, SEO, website optimization, and online delivery platforms.
- Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure orders are accurate and timely; handle complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain order records, payment details, and daily sales reports using Excel, Word, and Tally.
- Develop marketing campaigns and use AI tools to improve sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and online sales experience are required.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and online delivery platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Tally; excellent English communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Bakery or food and beverage experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
