Role overview

Shop and order operations

• Enter partner and website orders accurately and prepare them for timely delivery or pickup.
• Check products against client specifications and company standards; photograph customized cakes and desserts as required.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and machinery; manage box and board inventory and place orders as needed.
• Organize deliveries, print invoices, and report delays or issues to the Operations and Admin Manager.

Production and partner support

• Source materials and print patterns or graphics to assist baking and decorating teams.
• Communicate order details clearly to production and seek clarification when needed.
• Communicate respectfully with partners and delivery agents, ensure partner orders are entered and prepared on time, and handle special requests or concerns.

Customer service and safety

• Answer customer questions and phone calls, greet walk-in clients, assist with special orders, and help create a welcoming shop atmosphere.
• Stay informed about products and promote or upsell ready-made products when appropriate.
• Help keep food preparation and storage areas sanitary; ensure products are stored and labeled properly.
• Keep the first aid kit stocked, maintain shop equipment, report repair needs, and identify and address hazards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or operations; MBA is preferred.
• Good MS Office knowledge, including advanced Excel and Word.
• Bakery or food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work quickly and manage multiple tasks.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.

• Work location is in person.
