A seasoned SDR will join the inside-sales team for the MENA market.
The role owns outbound pipeline building to support business revenue goals.
Role responsibilities
- Prospect through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to identify potential customers.
- Research and qualify leads by understanding prospect information and pain points.
- Nurture prospects, explain the product value proposition, and build relationships across multiple touchpoints.
- Coordinate product demonstrations with sales and hand off qualified leads smoothly.
- Keep CRM records of leads, activities, interactions, and sales opportunity progress accurate and current.
- Partner with sales to navigate prospect organizations, build multiple champions, and move deals toward closure.
- Coordinate with marketing on lead quality and conversion feedback; refine tactics using feedback and market trends.
Who should apply
- 4–8 years of B2B SaaS inside-sales or SDR experience.
- Arabic speaking is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication, rapport-building, and relationship skills.
- Sales drive, resilience when facing rejection, and commitment to exceeding targets.
- Comfort with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms, and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and effective time management.
Performance measures
Monthly: number of sales-qualified opportunities.
Quarterly: pipeline value generated.
Half-yearly: customers won through SDR-sourced pipeline.
Annual: revenue value generated.
