Overview
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of SMB and enterprise prospects across the UAE and GCC region.
- Research target companies and decision-makers using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential opportunities.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the Business Development / Sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, activities, and opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support outbound campaigns and pipeline generation.
- Track and achieve monthly targets for meetings booked, qualified leads, and pipeline creation.
- Stay updated on AI CX platforms, conversational AI, chatbots, and contact center solutions to effectively position Worktual’s offerings.
- Maintain a structured prospecting process using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot CRM.
