About ARP

ARP Digital is a regulated digital capital infrastructure platform headquartered in Bahrain.

The firm operates an integrated suite of institutional services encompassing an OTC liquidity desk, international corridor settlement rails, on/off-ramp conversion infrastructure, and regulated wealth management services.

ARP Digital is licensed as a Category 3 Capital Markets - Crypto Assets Service Provider by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) and has received in-principle approval from the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA).

We are building the financial infrastructure for the next era of digital assets in the Middle East - we’re looking for builders to help us do it.

About the role

Most SDR roles ask you to run sequences and hit call targets.

This one asks you to understand institutional finance well enough to earn a conversation with someone who has no reason to take your call.

ARP Digital operates at the intersection of regulated financial infrastructure and digital asset settlement.

Our clients are exchange houses, PSPs, fintechs, real estate developers, and institutional importers across the GCC.

This role exists because pipeline doesn't build itself, and the quality of the first touchpoint determines whether a deal ever starts.

Experience

in payments and crypto preferred.

What you'll actually do

Build pipeline from scratch.

You'll identify the right decision-makers across our ICP segments, treasury managers, compliance leads, finance directors, and open conversations that go somewhere.

LinkedIn, events, warm intros, direct outreach: whatever it takes.

Run disciplined follow-up.

Most deals in this market don't close from the first message.

You'll keep threads alive, move conversations forward, and hand qualified opportunities to the team without dropping the context.

Represent ARP in the market.

You're often the first voice a prospect hears.
