Sales Development Representative

We are looking for motivated SDRs to contact real estate brokers in Dubai and book appointments for our content agency.

This is a **pure outbound roe**.

You will be contacting brokers who have not spoken to us before, so you must be confident on the phone, comfortable speaking to strangers, and able to handle rejection without losing motivation.

This is a **commission-only role**.

There is **no basic salary**.

You are paid based on the results you generate.

will be to:

Cold call Dubai real estate brokers.

Introduce our Instagram reels and personal branding service.

Qualify interested brokers.

Book appointments with our sales team.

Follow up with prospects when needed.

Stay consistent even when prospects say no.

You will receive:

80 AED per showed appointment

295 AED per closed client

A showed appointment means the broker attends the scheduled call with our sales team.

Based on a **20% close rate**, if you generate **50 showed appointments per month**, this could result in:

50 showed appointments x 80 AED \= 4,000 AED

10 closed clients x 295 AED \= 2,950 AED

Total potential earnings: 6,950AED per month

You should be:

Confident making cold calls.

Able to handle rejection.

Consistent and self-motivated.

Professional and persuasive.

Comfortable working on commission only.

Interested in sales, marketing, or real estate.

Commission only – up to 6,950 AED+ per month based on performance
