About This Role
Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (AML & Compliance) to help drive company growth by generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to successful deal closure
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships for long-term partnerships
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and handover
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales goals
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven background in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Strong understanding of AML, compliance, or financial services is essential
- Knowledge of Open Market operations will be an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident professional attitude
- Able to work independently in a full-time on-site role
