About This Role

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (AML & Compliance) to help drive company growth by generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to successful deal closure
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships for long-term partnerships
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and handover
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales goals

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven background in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Strong understanding of AML, compliance, or financial services is essential
  • Knowledge of Open Market operations will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident professional attitude
  • Able to work independently in a full-time on-site role
