Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales cum Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Promote company products/services and generate sales
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory)
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Must have own valid visa
