Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Sales cum Customer Support Executive** who is fluent in **Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu**.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Promote company products/services and generate sales
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements
- Fluency in **Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu** (mandatory)
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- **Must have own valid visa**
