Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with administrative tasks, data management, and customer coordination.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of sales transactions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Coordinate with the sales team and assist in order processing
- Communicate with customers
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain proper records
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product/service information
- Maintain filing systems and documentation
- Assist in inventory tracking and stock updates (if required)

Requirements
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email)
- Prior experience in sales coordination or data entry preferred
- Ability to handle cash and work with accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
