About the job

SportPlex is seeking an energetic and customer-driven

Sales Coordinator

to promote memberships and programs across our multi-sport facility.

You will play a key role in engaging new members , presenting SportPlex offerings, and supporting members in choosing the right fitness and sports programs.

Job Accountabilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads across assigned markets and segments.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, messages, meetings, and networking to generate new opportunities.
  • Present product/service offerings to prospective members in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Understand members needs and develop tailored sales proposals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to support brand visibility.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high members satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and best sales practices.

Required Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation, closing skills, and customer handling abilities.
  • Time-management and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Experience

  • 0-2 years of sales experience in hospitality, fitness, or service-based industries (preferred).
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is an advantage.
