What Will You Do❓

  • Respond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries coming from Foodics website and other communication channels regarding our company's products and services
  • Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team, once converted
  • Follow-up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and Foodics sales team and insert leads into the CRM
  • Handle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with an end goal of scheduling a sales demo
  • Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships
  • Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand
  • Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility
  • Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target account
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns

• What Are We Looking For❓

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Communications, English or any business course
  • Confident in handling calls and making cold calls
  • Excellent customer service skills - will never take a "NO" personality
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce or any CRM systems is an advantage
  • Must be fluent in speaking in Arabic and English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage
  • Should be well organized and have exceptional attention to details
  • A desire for continuous learning, improvement, and overall career growth
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
