The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. You will be the bridge between our clients and our production team, ensuring that every inquiry is handled with professionalism and every quotation is accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Quotation Management: Prepare accurate and competitive technical quotations based on client requirements and site measurements.
- Communication: Monitor the company inquiry email inbox, ensuring all customer questions are answered promptly and professionally.
- Client Follow-up: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with potential leads to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Order Coordination: Coordinate with the design and production departments to ensure client specifications are understood.
- Database Management: Keep an organized record of all sent quotations, client contact details, and project statuses.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Sales Manager in preparing weekly reports and managing schedules.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support, preferably within the steel, construction, or commercial kitchen industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word is a must). Familiarity with ERP software is a significant advantage.
- Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
- Mindset: Highly organized, able to multi-task under pressure, and possesses a strong "customer-first" attitude.
- Residency: Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
