We are seeking a dynamic and organized **Female Sales Coordinator** to support our sales and customer service operations in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service departments to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Maintain customer records and sales databases.
- Prepare sales reports and other related documentation.
- Handle customer communications via phone, email, and other channels.
- Support business development and client relationship activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or logistics.
- Experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Language Requirements
Excellent **English & Hindi** communication skills are mandatory; Hindi-speaking candidates will be given preference.
