Job Title: Customs Clearance PRO - Logistics
Location: DIP-1, Dubai, UAE

Salary: 3500 AED +Transportation.
We are looking for an experienced Customs Clearance PRO to join our logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures, government documentation, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end customs clearance for import and export shipments using Mirsal-2 (Dubai Trade)
- Prepare and submit BOE, Customs Exit/Entry Certificates, and required customs documentation
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for smooth cargo movement
- Liaise with Dubai Customs, ports, and inspection authorities to ensure timely clearance
- Track shipments and resolve issues to avoid delays, demurrage, and penalties
- Maintain accurate records of HS codes, shipment data, and client documentation
- Communicate with international agents, suppliers, and clients for shipment updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in customs clearance / PRO role.
- Knowledge of Dubai Trade, Mirsal and UAE customs systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is Mandatory.
- Arabic & Hindi speaking is Mandatory.
