Operations Supervisor – Logistics
About This Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, coordinating staff, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining smooth warehouse and transport activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proven experience in Air, Land, and Sea Freight Operations
· Strong knowledge of shipment coordination, customs clearance, and documentation
· Ability to manage daily logistics operations efficiently
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics/transport operations
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and logistics processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
