- Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, and quotation tracking
- Prepare quotations, proposals, compliance statements, and tender documents
- Follow up with clients on quotations, approvals, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and technical information
- Maintain customer records, sales databases, and quotation logs
- Support tender submissions, prequalification, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for proposals
- Prepare sales reports and track ongoing opportunities
- Assist in market research and lead generation activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Support
- Experience in ELV, ICT, IT Infrastructure, Security Systems, or MEP industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of quotation preparation and tender documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/CRM experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our growing ELV, ICT, IT, and Security Systems business in Doha.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing sales enquiries, preparing quotations, handling tender documentation, and supporting business development activities.
- This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience in handling sales support functions within the ELV or technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, and quotation tracking
- Prepare quotations, proposals, compliance statements, and tender documents
- Follow up with clients on quotations, approvals, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and technical information
- Maintain customer records, sales databases, and quotation logs

Requirements

Compensation
- Pay: QAR4,000.00 QAR5,000.00 per month
