Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Coordinator – HVAC Air Conditioning
to support our sales team.
This role is responsible for coordinating sales activities, preparing quotations, managing customer communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, installation, and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the HVAC air conditioning sales team
- Prepare, issue, and track sales quotations, proposals, and related documentation
- Handle customer inquiries related to air conditioning systems, replacements, and upgrades
- Schedule sales appointments, site visits, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and sales records in CRM and internal systems
- Coordinate with installation, service, and procurement teams to ensure smooth job execution
- Assist with order processing, equipment availability checks, and documentation
- Track sales pipeline activity and support basic sales reporting
- Ensure adherence to company pricing policies, procedures, and HVAC regulations
- Support seasonal air conditioning sales campaigns and lead management
