Role Summary
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will support the sales team with daily coordination, order processing, and customer communication.
This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for
- order processing and follow-ups
- Create and update
- sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- in the system
- Communicate with customers for
- order confirmations and updates
- Track order status and ensure
- timely delivery
- Coordinate with
- warehouse and logistics teams
- for dispatches
- Maintain and update
- customer data and sales records
- Assist in preparing
- sales reports and basic documentation
- Handle basic
- customer queries and support requests
Requirements
- **1–3 years of experience**
- in sales coordination / admin / back-office roles
- Basic knowledge of
- ERP systems
- is preferred
- Good working knowledge of
MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
