Ejabi Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and smooth execution of sales operations.
The role coordinates customer inquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups while maintaining customer relationships.
Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain customer records, pricing information, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and sales personnel.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments, outstanding balances, and order requirements.
- Track customer feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to address concerns.
- Coordinate collection cheques and banking-related documentation when required.
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, procurement, and warehouse departments.
- Perform additional administrative and coordination duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
