Sales Coordinator

About This Role
1. Sales Support
- Prepare and send **quotations, proposals, and contracts** for aroma diffuser services
- Assist the sales team with client requirements and documentation
- Maintain updated client database and sales records
2. Lead & Pipeline Management
- Track all incoming leads (walk-ins, referrals, marketing leads)
- Follow up with prospects for proposal feedback and closure
- Maintain pipeline tracker (hot / warm / cold leads)
3. Client Communication
- Act as a coordination point between client and sales team
- Respond to inquiries, share details, and schedule meetings for sales team
- Ensure timely follow-ups to avoid lead drop-offs
4. Proposal & Contract Coordination
- Customize proposals based on client requirements (location, coverage, number of diffusers, etc.)
- Coordinate internally for pricing approvals if required
- Ensure contracts are properly documented and signed
5. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with **operations/service team only post-sale handover**
- Ensure all client details are clearly transferred for execution
6. Billing & Payment Follow-up (Sales Side)
- Follow up with clients on advance payments / confirmations
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice status (only from a sales perspective)
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
