About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to support and coordinate sales operations across our branches in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perfume or retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with branch teams to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities across multiple branches.
- Support branch sales teams in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and promotional execution.
- Coordinate stock movement and inventory requirements between branches.
- Act as the communication link between management and branch sales teams.
- Follow up on sales initiatives and ensure timely implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and branch performance.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and sales events.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, retail sales, or a similar role.
- Mandatory experience in perfume sales or retail sales.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel across company branches within the UAE.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- UAE Driving License is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
