Job Description
VGroups is looking for a motivated and skilled **Mobile Repair & Sales Executive** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have experience in mobile phone repairs and retail sales, with excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones and related devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and sales.
- Recommend suitable mobile devices, accessories, and services.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper handling of devices.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support.
- Meet sales targets and company objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in mobile phone repair and sales.
- Knowledge of Android and iPhone devices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
