Painter – Joinery & Painting Section

Reports To:** Production Supervisor
**Salary:** AED 1,500 – 1,800 (Based on Interview & Experience)
About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our Joinery & Painting team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paints, stains, and decorative finishes to furniture and joinery products while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, staining, and finishing.
- Select, mix, and match paints to achieve required colors and textures.
- Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Ensure all finished products meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Painter in furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, and application techniques.
- Ability to use spray painting equipment and hand tools.
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of handling workshop activities.
