Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, coordinating with clients, ensuring timely communication between teams, and maintaining accurate sales records.
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency and success of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, activities, and follow-ups.
- Manage the sales pipeline and monitor leads and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related correspondence.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to client inquiries.
- Assist the sales team with administrative and operational support.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
- Follow up with clients for payments, feedback, and repeat business.
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in **English**.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Experience in sales tracking and reporting is a plus.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
