Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating and managing sales operations, communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the efficient handling of inquiries and orders. The role also includes assisting in the preparation of sales-related reports and maintaining customer records.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage client inquiries, orders, and support sales activities effectively
- Experience in Customer Service and Communication to address client needs and maintain positive relationships
- Sales experience with the ability to identify opportunities and support sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in the construction or trading industry is considered an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
