About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the Office and Stationery Supplies division.
The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders
- Coordinate with customers regarding product inquiries and deliveries
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries
- Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment
- Prepare sales reports and monthly performance summaries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service
- Experience in office supplies, stationery, or FMCG sector is preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of ERP/software systems is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
