Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Doha, Qatar.
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily sales activities, supporting the sales team with operational tasks, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
Key responsibilities
include managing customer inquiries, streamlining sales operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Working closely with the sales and leadership teams, the role contributes to achieving organizational sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to ensure smooth processes and team collaboration.
- Proven ability in Customer Service and Communication to address client needs and foster effective interactions.
- Experience in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed targets through proactive involvement and strategic planning.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related software is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
