Job Description
We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and professional Female Sales Coordinator Cum Receptionist to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, administrative knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients and the sales team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle front office and reception activities
Answer calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
Coordinate with the sales team and prepare quotations
Maintain records, documents, and reports
Schedule meetings and manage appointments
Follow up with clients and support daily office operations
Requirements
Female candidate preferred
1–2 years of UAE experience in a similar role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office and email handling
Previous experience in sales coordination or a receptionist role preferred
Well-presented and organized personality
