Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator cum Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage front desk responsibilities while supporting the sales team with coordination, client communication, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Handle courier services, deliveries, and office correspondence
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments

Sales Coordination

  • Support the sales team with order processing, quotations, and documentation
  • Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, follow-ups, and order updates
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Liaise with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders

Administrative Support

  • Assist with filing, data entry, and general office administration
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required
  • Support management with ad hoc tasks and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (UAE experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in CRM software or ERP systems
  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer service practices
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
