Accountant cum Receptionist (Spouse Visa Preferred)

Overview

Accounting Duties

• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping activities.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation.
• Handle VAT calculations, filing, and compliance in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Work on the **Zoho Accounting Platform** for daily accounting operations.
• Coordinate with management and external auditors when required.

Reception & Administrative Duties

• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
• Handle courier services, office correspondence, and filing.
• Maintain office records and administrative documents.
• Support management with general administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience with **Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting Platform**.
• Knowledge of **UAE VAT regulations and VAT filing procedures**.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• **Spouse Visa / Sponsored Visa holders preferred.**
• Available for **immediate joining**.

Working Hours

• **Monday to Saturday**
• **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**
