About the Role
Business Umbrella is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
The role handles all administrative and coordination tasks related to sales operations and acts as a key link between clients, internal departments, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all sales correspondence and documentation for the sales team.
- Prepare sales orders, job order forms, and coordinate with operations and procurement to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update sales reports such as sales forecast and sales updates.
- Maintain project files and records in line with internal procedures and standards.
- Prepare sales analysis, proposals, agreements, and presentations for management and clients.
- Track sales orders, follow up with internal teams, and update status in systems or databases.
- Support sales strategy implementation and internal meeting coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Participate in networking and promotional events to develop new contacts.
- Comply with HSE instructions and report hazards and incidents when required.
Qualifications
- and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in administration and sales coordination.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Service-oriented with strong customer focus and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with CRM or database tools.
