Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Contract & Registration Officer to manage sales agreements, buyer documentation, and property registration processes for real estate development projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage SPA agreements, reservation forms, and related sales documentation.
- Coordinate property registration and transfer processes with DLD and Oqood.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and developer procedures.
- Follow up with buyers regarding required documents and payments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, registrations, and approvals.
- Support handover and title deed procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of sales contracts, Oqood, and DLD registration procedures.
- Experience working with real estate developers is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
