About This Role

Job Title: Sales Contract & Registration Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Contract & Registration Officer to manage sales agreements, buyer documentation, and property registration processes for real estate development projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage SPA agreements, reservation forms, and related sales documentation.
  • Coordinate property registration and transfer processes with DLD and Oqood.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and developer procedures.
  • Follow up with buyers regarding required documents and payments.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, registrations, and approvals.
  • Support handover and title deed procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in real estate development.
  • Strong knowledge of sales contracts, Oqood, and DLD registration procedures.
  • Experience working with real estate developers is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
