Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads through telephone, social media, and email, and respond using business templates.
- Explain overseas options, programs, and destination countries using current immigration and visa laws and policies.
- Evaluate client profiles fairly and develop tailored global career strategies.
- Guide clients through visa applications, permits, and related documents; supervise documentation and submit information as required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to client queries, offer solutions, follow up with leads, and provide ongoing guidance.
- Build client and colleague relationships, meet targets, and close contracts.
- Identify opportunities to improve company processes and efficiencies.
Requirements
- At least two years of immigration consulting experience.
- Prior experience in sales, negotiation, consulting, and collections, with proven sales conversion ability.
- Strong interpersonal and concise communication skills; able to handle clients by phone and in person, work under pressure, and contribute to a team.
- Fluent English communication; Malayalam and/or Tagalog speakers are preferred.
- Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, video presentations, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets is listed among ideal candidate skills.
- Must be located in Dubai and ready to start immediately.
