Inside sales consultant role advising and guiding clients about overseas options and selling visa and immigration services.
Duties
- Handle client queries by phone, email, and meetings; call warm or hot leads, answer visa questions, and sign clients up.
- Give accurate information on immigration and visa laws and follow up through WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Propose practical immigration solutions, explain company services, promote opportunities, and recommend suitable options.
- Meet monthly targets, plan sales activities, and address customer concerns through ongoing follow-up.
Requirements
- Requires sales, tele-sales, customer-service, or immigration experience; prior sales of travel and immigration services is requested.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or higher and excellent English communication skills.
- Requires knowledge of Schengen visa, work visa, and residence permit applications for Canada, New Zealand, and European countries.
- Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog speaker is listed in the candidate profile.
Pay and employment
- Full-time role with pay starting at AED 3,500 per month.
