The role supports visa applications, permits, and related documentation while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance.
Duties
- Manage inbound leads by telephone, social media, and email; reply using preset business templates.
- Advise clients on overseas options, visa laws, policies, programs, and destination countries.
- Assess client profiles, provide tailored strategies, guide documentation, and ensure records and processes comply with regulations.
- Answer queries, provide solutions, follow up with leads, and build strong client relationships.
- Meet targets, close contracts, improve efficiencies, and identify opportunities to serve company needs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of immigration consulting experience; prior sales, negotiation, consulting, and collections experience is requested.
- Must be located in Dubai and ready to start immediately.
- Must communicate fluently in English and Malayalam and/or Tagalog; the posting describes Malayalam and Tagalog speakers as preferred in one section.
- Requires strong interpersonal and customer communication skills and the ability to handle clients by phone and in person.
- Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, video presentations, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
